This position will be part of the Channel Business UnitSupporting all TE Business Units, the Channel Business Unit collaborates with approximately 300 distributors around the world on TE's global distribution vision, strategy, and business initiatives.

The location for this position is Middletown, PA (Street Address : 2800 Fulling Mill Road, Middletown, PA).

As a Strategy Execution Intern, help translate high-level strategic priorities into actionable plans and monitor progress toward key goals. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys operational problem-solving, project coordination, and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

In this role you'll :

• Assist in project planning, milestone tracking, and execution of strategic initiatives
• Support development of performance dashboards and operational reports
• Identify bottlenecks or risks and propose course-correction recommendations
• Participate in cross-functional working sessions, helping align teams on deliverables
• Help facilitate change management and communication rollouts for new initiatives

You're the kind of person we are looking for if you :

Have earned a high school diploma or GED

Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, an MBA Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or Communications from an accredited college or universityor have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered).

Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project

Are authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience : $23.08-40.40 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
