Job descriptionStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Must be able to pick up boxes up to 50 lbs. Must be able to use a ladder to organize bins / boxes on shelves Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, Shopify and / or other e-commerce platforms is not required but strongly preferred.
Job Title : Retail Warehouse Associate
Location : Jo+Jax Headquarters - Pleasant Grove, UT (On-Site)
Hours : Part Time / Full Time Schedule - Monday through Friday
Compensation : $16-$18 an hour
This is a Flex Position and responsibilities will vary from day to day.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create an exceptional customer experience to all visitors at our Jo+Jax Headquarters / Showroom.
- Assist our CX Manager with chat support, phone calls, and emails.
- Straighten Showroom / maintain cleanliness, organization, and merchandising of the Showroom.
- Put away accumulated go-backs from returns or customer shopping experiences.
- Process returns and exchanges
- Assist with packing, fulfilling, and shipping speciality online orders
- Assist our CX Manager with inventory management between our showroom location, events, and 3PL.
- Assist our Production and Teamwear Department with custom Teamwear orders.
- Assist our Marketing and Social Media Team with packaging Ambassador / Collab boxes.
