As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct routine patrols throughout a dynamic retail location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will interact with the public, deliver outstanding customer service, and address security-related concerns as they arise. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling assigned areas via vehicle while embodying our values of teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach.

What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding appropriately during emergency situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a positive environment for visitors and staff.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.

Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, visitors, and / or staff while on patrol.

Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards to the appropriate personnel or authorities as required.

Minimum Requirements :

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by client.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
