The Anaplan Marketing Project Management Office (MPMO) is a center of excellence that drives marketing excellence by streamlining project execution, promoting innovation, and enabling marketing teams to achieve their goals. We establish and optimize project management best practices and cross-functional collaboration to ensure marketing initiatives are effectively executed.

Your Impact

As a Program Manager in the MPMO, you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of marketing projects. You will be responsible for :

• Project Management Expertise : Providing project management support and expertise to marketing teams and initiatives.
• Standardized Processes and Governance : Helping to establish and govern the adoption of standardized project management processes, methodologies, templates, and tools.
• Tech-driven System of Record : Managing the project lifecycle within our project management tool (Wrike) as a single source of truth.
• Monitoring and Reporting : Monitoring project progress, risks, and issues, and providing regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement : Helping to continuously improve project management processes and best practices.
• Change Management : Assisting in driving change management across the marketing organization to create a culture of accountability.

Base Salary Range : $154,000 - $209,000 USD
