About the Company

A fantastic Richmond based general contractor of 20 years plus is currently looking for a Superintendent to join their growing team.

They have well established relationships throughout the region with subcontractors, engineers and architects to ensure production of the highest quality projects. This firm has proven success delivering on high value commercial projects ranging between $500,000 - $20m

The firm drives a culture of technical excellence and rewards its employees handsomely with market-leading compensation and bonus structures.

They are now seeking an experienced Superintendent to take a large commercial retail project through from start to completion.

Experience Required

• At least 3-5 years of experience working as a Superintendent
• Prior experience in building commercial projects
• Ground up or renovation experience
• Ground up Construction
• Quality Control
• Excellent written and communication skills
