Position : Nuclear Controls Engineer

Location : Wilmington, NC / Greenville, SC (Onsite)

Exp : 5-12 Yrs

Key Responsibilities :

Expertise in integration of NUMAC with the H31 communication platform, developing and validating detailedsystem requirements.

Define and documentsystem requirementsfor communication between NUMAC and EGD systems

Develop communication protocols and requirements for NUMAC interaction with Plant UDH

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams includingcontrol systemengineers, software developers, andplant operationsto ensure system compatibility and performance

Qualifications / Requirements :

Bachelors or Masters degree inelectrical engineering,Computer Engineering,Nuclear Engineering, or related field.

Experience with small modular reactor (SMR)control systemssuch as BWRX-300.

Knowledge of nuclear industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Familiarity with software tools used forsystem designand testing.

Proven experience withcontrol systemcommunications, preferably innuclear powerplant environments.

Strong knowledge of communication protocols and systems integration (e.g., DCS,SCADA, PLC communication interfaces).

Experience withsystem requirementsdevelopment,prototyping, and final design processes.

Familiarity with NUMAC, H31 platforms, EGD systems, and Plant UDH communication architectures is highly desirable.
