Job description

Heritage Avonlea of Olathe, a 55-bed Assisted Living facility, is seeking a Full Time time CNA, 3-5 days a week for all shifst. Our community assists seniors with all ADLs. Our small and manageable community requires a dedicated, hardworking, and organized staff to manage all resident healthcare issues in our comfortable working environment.

Day shift: 6:00am 2:00pm. 5 days a week.
Evening shift: 2:00pm 10:00pm -5 days a week.
Night Shift: 10:00pm-6:00am 4 days a week.
Swing shift: 11:00am-7:00pm 3-4 days a week.

Nursing Aid duties include but are not limited to:

Assisting Residents with all aspects of daily needs.
Answering call lights to assist Residents.
Laundry (Resident's personal laundry).
Cleaning (Common areas, public restrooms).
Filing Resident paperwork in Resident charts.
Assist Residents in getting ready for bed.
Assist Residents in getting up in the morning.
Assist Residents to the bathroom.
Empty trash in Resident rooms and common areas.
Be able to use the phone, fax machine, computer for medications administration, copy machine.
Critical thinking.
