Restorative Director

Restorative Nurse (RN / LPN)

Position Type : Full-Time

As a Restorative Nurse , you’ll play a key role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by developing and leading individualized restorative care plans focused on mobility, independence, and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

Uphold our commitment to high-quality, person-centered care.

Support patients, families, and staff through ongoing communication, education, and recognition.

Develop, implement, and evaluate the Restorative Nursing Program.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to establish and maintain restorative care standards.

Ensure all restorative nursing practices comply with applicable laws and national standards.

Provide or supervise direct restorative care services.

Perform fall, restraint, and restorative assessments upon admission, quarterly, and as needed.

Complete thorough and timely clinical documentation for all restorative care services.

Work alongside the Director of Nursing to uphold clinical and regulatory standards of care.

Carry out other duties as assigned in support of resident well-being and facility goals.

Qualifications

Must be a currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Illinois.

Knowledge of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) process required.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficient in electronic documentation and computer use.

Ability to work collaboratively and compassionately within a team-oriented environment.
