Your Role as an RN :

  • Oversee resident care plans and ensure quality nursing services
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor patient conditions , assess symptoms, and update medical records
  • Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs , providing guidance and mentorship
  • Collaborate with physicians, healthcare teams, and families to provide the best patient care
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility protocols
  • Provide wound care, IV therapy, and specialized nursing interventions as needed

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Current RN license in North Carolina
  • CPR and first aid certification preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
  • A compassionate and resident-focused approach to nursing
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
