Logistics Coordinator, Solar

Construction Site Location, Mainland U.S.

12 months

Overview of the Role

Join a dynamic solar construction project as a Logistics Coordinator, serving as the Owner's representative to oversee critical equipment receiving operations. This role is essential to ensuring quality control, scheduling efficiency, and successful project implementation for solar modules, racking systems, and power conversion units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee receiving and management of owner-provided solar equipment
  • Conduct quality control inspections and walkthroughs of materials
  • Maintain accurate data entry and documentation in Unifier system
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and department procedures
  • Interface with engineering, safety, and quality control teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of construction and material management experience
  • Proficiency in Unifier software for data entry and project controls
  • Advanced computer skills : Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF editing
  • Strong organizational and progress reporting capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills with vendors and stakeholders
  • Understanding of scheduling and project planning
  • Construction industry background preferred
