As our ?? Business Development Director at R1RCM, you will be responsible for selling Clinical Documentation Improvement and Coding Solutions. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships while partnering with the broader commercial team to collaborate and drive sales with hospital and healthcare providers. The right candidate must have strong selling skills. They are also responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare sales and knowledge of services, outsourcing and software solutions within CDI, coding, and revenue cycle management.?

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $117,500.00 - $173,605.10 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
