A leading physician-owned neurosurgery group in Phoenix is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurosurgeon specializing in spine surgery. This position offers a balanced mix of minimally invasive procedures and complex spine reconstructions, supported by a fully integrated care model.

Compensation & Benefits

Diagnose and manage degenerative, traumatic, and deformity-related spinal conditionsPerform a full spectrum of inpatient and outpatient spine proceduresDevelop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans with interdisciplinary teamsMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR systemParticipate in optional initiatives such as quality improvement, mentorship, or leadership developmentQualifications
Required :
MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical schoolBoard Certified or Board Eligible in NeurosurgeryActive or eligible Arizona medical licenseExpertise in spine surgery, including minimally invasive techniquesPreferred :
