Job Description

Pride Health is hiring Float - Phlebotomist to support our client’s team in Birmingham, Hoover, Tuscaloosa (Travel Across All 3 Areas) . This is a full-time, 13-weeks contract.

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist II to support multiple Patient Service Centers across Birmingham, Hoover, and Tuscaloosa. This is a 100% travel-based role , requiring daily movement between various sites to assist with high-volume patient flow. The ideal candidate is reliable, flexible, and able to deliver quality patient care in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform 35–40 blood draws daily with accuracy and professionalism
• Process blood, urine, and other specimens
• Deliver excellent customer service in high-volume patient service centers
• Maintain specimen integrity, accurate labeling, and compliance with safety standards
• Work both independently and in team settings depending on site needs
• Stand for most of the workday and adapt to fast-paced environments
• Travel daily within the Birmingham–Hoover–Tuscaloosa region
• Collaborate with internal staff, team leads, and external patients
