Summary

The Cultivation Technician I is an entry-level role responsible for supporting daily plant care tasks under direct supervision. This role introduces employees to core functions in veg, flower, harvest, and trim and is designed to build a strong foundational understanding of the full plant lifecycle.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Perform basic plant care tasks : transplanting, watering, pruning, and defoliation under supervision.

Support harvest activities : cutting plants, tagging, weighing, and organizing batches.

Assist with basic trimming operations including machine trim loading / unloading and tray cycling.

Participate in room sanitation procedures and maintain clean work areas.

Follow all safety and biosecurity protocols including PPE usage and movement restrictions.

Complete required documentation accurately, including plant counts, task logs, and sanitation forms.

Attend required training sessions and demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt to feedback.
