Job Description

• Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from intake through resolution
• Serve as the primary client contact, providing updates and guidance throughout the claims process
• Handle settlement negotiations under attorney supervision while meeting monthly performance goals
• Coordinate with insurance carriers, medical providers, and attorneys to move cases efficiently
• Maintain accurate case documentation, records, and communication logs in firm systems
• Prepare mediation summaries and case materials to support litigation or settlement
• Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with legal procedures and case requirements
• Support attorneys with drafting legal documents related to case management
