Pacific Neuropsychiatric Specialists (PNS) is actively seeking a Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner to join our growing organization. We are an outpatient private mental health group practice composed of Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and Therapists who are motivated to help our patients make positive changes in their lives.

At PNS, the Psychiatrists, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioner, Therapists, and Patient Care Coordinators provide comprehensive, collaborative, and compassionate care and are the foundation of our culture. You will have the opportunity to work a mix of office outpatient and telepsychiatry services.

About our Psychiatric Physician Assistant / Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner :

The Physician Assistant will conduct psychiatric and detoxification evaluations, provide a dual diagnosis, prescribe medication for patients with mental health diagnosis, provide and prescribe detoxification protocols depending on substance use, and attend clinical team meetings once per week. The role also includes developing an appropriate, integrated healthcare treatment plan and providing effective management of patient care with proper evaluation and follow-up care.
