About The Position

Job Title : Physical Therapist

Hours per Shift : 32 hours guaranteed

Experience : New Graduates are welcome; SNF experience preferred

License : Valid state license required

Certifications : COVID test required prior to start date

Must-Have :

• Completed prescreen
• Resume attached
• License verification attached
• References (3)
• Criminal background checks (county, federal, multi-state, and sex offender search for 7 years or more)
• Social Security Number trace
• PPD or Quantiferon or proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray
