AS AN ENTERPRISE ADMINISTRATOR, YOU WILL :

Responsible for operating an existing Windows environment and architecting new solutions, especially as we transition our environment to be primarily cloud based over the next couple of years. Being able to effectively communicate and work with other departments and groups is vital. The candidate should be able to learn new technologies quickly, be a self-starter, and able to accomplish tasks with minimal oversight.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the Domain Administrator for the Microsoft Active Directory forest / domain. Install, configure, and maintain Windows Active Directory in addition to other related services (DHCP, DNS).
• Manage our Office 365 environment in conjunction with the Exchange Administrator.
• Begin our transition to Azure AD.
• Manage Group Policy.
• Manage Windows File Servers with DFSR.
• Manage VMware Horizon VDI Environment.
• Manage Microsoft Terminal Server Environment.
• Manage OKTA Environment, including configuring new applications, managing memberships, updating agents, etc.
• Manage Anti-Virus infrastructure (Sophos cloud).
• Manage Microsoft PKI.
• Print Server Management.
• Manage environment cleanup around Litigation Holds.
• SOX / PCI / Security compliance pulls.
• Maintain detailed documentation of areas of responsibility.
• Cross train with other members of the team.
