Registered Nurse (RN) Pay Information About the Position Registered Nurse (RN) Location : Lancaster Nursing and Rehabilitation – 900 East King St, Lancaster, PA 17602 Pay Rate : $43 - $45 per hour Shifts : to be discussed Lancaster Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our care team. As an RN, you’ll play a key role in ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, and personalized nursing care while leading and supporting fellow healthcare professionals. What You’ll Do : Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Supervise and mentor LPNs, CNAs, and other staff. Accurately document care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Requirements Active RN license in Pennsylvania. BLS / CPR (AHA) Physical exam PPD / TB clearance (current). Proof of PA residency for the past 2 years. All credentials must be completed 48 business hours prior to start date.
