Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Prior Authorization / Insurance verification Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for obtaining insurance authorizations and check eligibility for medical procedures and services, ensuring timely approvals to facilitate patient care.

Duties

• Review and process prior authorization requests for medical services
• Communicate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to gather necessary information
• Verify insurance coverage, copays, deductible and eligibility for requested services
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of authorizations and follow-up as needed
