Supported Living Services (SLS) department

for Individuals with Special Needs

(Autism or other Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities)

SCHEDULE

Choose the days and times that work best for your availability (mix and match) :

Mondays - 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Tuesdays - 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Wednesdays - 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Thursdays - 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Fridays - 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Saturdays - 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Sundays - 9 a.m.to 2 p.m.

DESCRIPTION

Support Staff for Farsi-speaking adult male with intellectual and developmental disabilities. / / Male Staff (for religious reasons) / / Experience supporting individuals with special needs (preferred).

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 21 years of age;
• Must be a licensed driver for a minimum of three years;
• Must have an insured vehicle with your name listed as an authorized driver;
• Must be willing to drive with a client in your vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided);
• Must be willing to perform "personal hygiene" tasks (including toileting assistance, if occasionally needed).

START DATE

As soon as possible

HOURLY RATE OF PAY

Starting at $20 per hour.
