Right Of Way Agent
ORC is seeking a full-time, exempt Right of Way Agent to work on projects based in Colorado. The selected candidate must reside in the Denver, CO area and will have the flexibility to work out of their home office. Candidate will be expected to travel about 25% of the time locally and throughout the state based on project requirements. What You Will Be Doing :
- Acquiring easements for electric transmission projects in support of the Project Manager (PM), or members of the project team.
- Conducting advanced right of way negotiations with high-risk landowners.
- Preparing settling damages, real estate documents, performing property research, ensuring compliance with company standards, and providing construction support.
