CT Tech $60 / hr

The CAT / CT Scan Technologist produces computerizedtomographic scanner radiographs of specific areas as ordered by aphysician. These cross-sectional imagesprovide detailed information about soft tissues, blood vessels, and bones,which are essential for accurate diagnostics. The CAT / CT Scan Technologist obtains patient history, explains standardprocedures, and addresses patient concerns. The CAT / CT Technologist alsoperforms a variety of specialized tasks involved in the performance of CTscans.

Minimum Requirements :

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of experience as a CAT / CT Technologistpreferred.
• Appropriate valid state licensure in diagnostic imaging
• A.R.R.T. (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)Certification, if required by state regulations or contract specifications
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
