Senior Systems Analyst

A company is looking for a Sr. Systems Analyst / Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities

Develop functional system knowledge of Customer Experience solutions and manage technical projects

Collaborate with Product Management to prioritize the product roadmap and serve as the voice of the customer

Document solutions and functionality, defining user stories and managing the team backlog

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

5+ years of experience in a professional software development environment

5+ years of experience in an Agile / SAFe development environment

Proven experience documenting technical details and functional requirements

Experience conducting technical analysis and research independently using SQL and application testing
