In this role, you’ll work directly with senior leaders to develop thoughtful, strategic, and impactful communications campaigns, executive speaking points, presentations, intranet content, and messaging across digital, social channels and live events. Collaborating with business and functional partners, you’ll drive communications that align with business priorities, connect associates to the business strategy, and support organizational and cultural change. You’ll have opportunities to grow and deliver impact as you partner closely with colleagues in IGT’s government relations, external communications, social media teams among others.
Responsibilities :
The Payroll Analyst is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of US multi-state payroll, servicing approximately 3,000 – 5,000 employees, using ADP GlobalView technical platform. As part of processing payroll activities this individual with have oversight of outsourced managed services with third party vendor to include gross-to-net calculations, employee payments, tax services and garnishments. This role also serves as the overall time administrator of ADP eTime solution.
Experience & Skills :
- Direct experience with automated time and attendance systems, with project implementation experience a plus.
- Knowledge of payroll tax filings and payments, SuccessFactors HCM and technical interfaces and file feed structures.
- Manage payroll, including weekly payroll, month end close processes, quarter and year end support.
- Respond to and resolve payroll issues

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team and matrix structure bringing a sense of urgency to the tasks at hand.

- Must be capable of working collaboratively with others, creating partnerships with vendors, management, colleagues, and the rest of the Human Resources function.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously, while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.

- Reporting and Analysis. You will work on complex projects, including calculation updates, special reports, tax amendments, company set up, troubleshooting, and more. You will research historical data, determine adjustments, and use online tools to make corrections. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related field.
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with specific advanced competency in Excel, as well as general competency in Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
- Requires 5+ years of relevant payroll processing with demonstrated knowledge of the regulatory environment for payroll, leaves and time off.
