DESCRIPTION OF WORK

Snyder County Children and Youth Services' caseworkers gather information, assess safety and risk, build lagging skills with children and members of their families, and connect them to appropriate available resources. This position requires the application of problem-solving techniques, the provision of strengths-based proactive coaching to maximize service delivery and achieve service plan goals and objectives, and ongoing monitoring of client behavior, as well as serving as a collaborative partner with other agencies in our service network.

Work Schedule and Additional Information :

• Full-time employment.
• Work hours are 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.

May work irregular hours as needed.
