Associate Attorney

Church, Page & Gailan is ready to expand and add a new team member excited to work into a new position! We are a firm with offices throughout Eastern Washington, working on personal injury cases. We are looking for an associate attorney who is a great team member and is ready to take on some exciting challenges.

Responsibilities :

• Draft pleadings and review responses to discovery requests
• Provide litigation support to managing attorney
• Manage paralegal workflow and supervise task completion
• Negotiate with insurance carriers
• Conduct legal research
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school or completion of Rule 6 Intern program (or equivalent)

Admitted to practice law in Washington (or able to become admitted)

Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Prior experience in personal injury preferred but not necessary
