LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Oakland, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Physical Therapist Discipline : Therapy Start Date : 11 / 24 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Role : Physical Therapist - Home Health Role Responsibilities :

• Required to prioritize start of care visits
• Required to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
• Next day mandatory reporting of start of care visits
• Clinical notes and other documentation due within 48 hours of visit
• Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office
