Clinical Data Management Director

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Clinical Data Management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of Clinical Data Managers and oversee Clinical Data Management tasks across various studies

Ensure compliance with industry guidelines and maintain the quality and integrity of clinical data within the EDC system

Participate in the analysis, preparation, and presentation of data for study teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a data-driven quantitative field preferred

Minimum of 12 years of experience in Clinical Data Management with increasing responsibility

At least 3-5 years of experience in people management

Life science background preferred, but equivalent industry experience is acceptable

Experience with EDC implementation and data management SOPs is highly preferred
