Digital Assets Shareholder Reporting Manager

The Role

Join Fidelity as we expand our Digital Assets Shareholder Reporting team! If you have a strong background in preparing or auditing financial statements for alternative investment products, especially in digital assets and cryptocurrencies, we want you!

As we grow this essential team, we are looking for talented individuals for various roles : Analyst, Manager, and Senior Manager. Your skills and experience will guide us in placing you in the appropriate role.

This team is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory and product-specific standards. You will play a critical role in overseeing digital products structured as Exchange Traded Products (ETPs) and Limited Partnerships (LPs), which includes quarterly and annual reporting. We seek individuals who thrive in a fast-paced operational environment where accuracy and timely reporting are vital to our success!

Depending on your position, you will participate in and / or lead efforts to enhance operational efficiencies and automate processes that support a diverse range of products as we grow.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in financial services, with experience in asset management, audit firms, or custodian banks, preferably in accounting operations for alternative investment products and public company financial reporting.
• Demonstrated success leading teams, especially for Senior Manager roles.
• Familiarity with Geneva or InvestOne platforms for accounting and reporting is a plus.
• Advanced accounting knowledge of alternative asset classes, specifically digital assets and cryptocurrencies.
• In-depth understanding of US GAAP standards for nonregistered investment partnerships and various investment fund structures.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to translate accounting data into financial statement formats.
• Ability to lead independently within a focused operations team.
• Strong project management and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, along with strong presentation skills.
• MBA or CPA is preferred for Manager and Senior Manager roles.
