Director : $200K+ base + Bonus + LTI | Managing Director : $300K+ base + Bonus + LTI

What You’ll Do
Lead expansion into the New England market (MA, NH, VT, RI, ME, northern CT).Drive new client acquisition and grow existing relationships.Advise executives on complex tax strategies, with deep focus on ASC 740.Partner with national specialty teams (international, SALT, automation, transfer pricing, credits / incentives).Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing local tax team.Serve as a visible thought leader, representing the firm in the market.What You Bring
15+ years of tax experience, ideally from Big 4 or national firms.Extensive ASC 740 experience, with large-company clients (tech, life sciences, manufacturing preferred).Proven success in business development and client relationship expansion.Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing teams.CPA or Master’s in Tax strongly preferred.Why Now?
