Responsibilities Work in a high-risk OB and Maternal Fetal Medicine department Responsibilities include obstetric sonography across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimesters, fetal anatomical surveys, fetal echo, multiple pregnancy assessments, and umbilical cord Doppler studies Must be capable of performing portable ultrasound exams as needed Equipment used includes GE, Philips, Siemens, SonoSite, and PACS systems Procedures include assisting with amniocentesis Day shift schedule with 5x8-hour shifts, from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM No weekend or holiday shifts required Floating to different units within the scope of practice is required Main responsibilities include conducting detailed fetal ultrasounds, supporting amniocentesis procedures, and collaborating closely with maternal fetal medicine teams Scrubs or dress code requirements will be provided by the facility Travelers must be prepared to float to other units based on assignment needs Candidates must not have worked as a permanent employee at the facility within the past 2 years Local candidates must live more than 60 miles from the facility Adherence to punctuality policies and positive attendance is critical No first-time travelers Requirements Current BLS certification Active ARDMS OB / GYN certification Minimum 1 year of experience in high-risk OB and maternal fetal medicine ultrasound Proficient in performing and interpreting OB / GYN ultrasound exams and related studies Experience using GE, Philips, Siemens, and SonoSite ultrasound equipment License required if applicable Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-619130.
