Role Description
The Application and Infrastructure Security Team within the WM Chief Data Office (CDO) seeks a Vice President to build out and support risk management capabilities native to cryptocurrency. This individual will play a crucial role in staking out the required controls in the cryptocurrency space across all relevant risk stripes (data security, cybersecurity, information management, and privacy). The candidate will serve as lead on day-to-day risk management activities across the WM cryptocurrency offering, including architecture reviews, third-party due diligence, and providing subject matter expertise to relevant business stakeholders. Additionally, this individual will be instrumental in building out any cryptocurrency-native risk management and governance enhancements as the offering matures.

Compensation and Benefits
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $190,000 per year at commencement. Base pay is determined on an individualized basis and is part of the total compensation package, which may include commission, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored programs.
