The Maintenance Manager manages the strategic and operational maintenance functions / activities in the plant to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services meeting Kraton standards and is beyond the customer's expectations. Ensures a safe, environmentally sound, reliable facility by planning, setting standards, and formulating policies; develops procedures and practices, and training. Responsible for auditing, ensuring root cause failure analysis, recommendation, and implementation of improvements, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance organization responsible for continuous repair and improvement.
• Interface for all central contracted work in the plant, which includes both cost and capital work.
• Give functional directions to the material, engineering and inspection process which identifies, prioritizes, develops scopes, plans, and starts up capital projects.
• Manage the planning, scheduling, staffing, and execution of shutdowns.
• Serve on the Plant Leadership Team (PLT).
• Develop self, direct reports, and other leaders through training, use of teams and problem solving.
• Set direction and implementing key improvements in support of the business objectives.

Required Skills

Education, Certifications & Licenses

BS in Engineering.
