It empowers anyone to learn in-demand skills, including tech, Salesforce, and business skills, and helps businesses re-skill their workforce. And Trailblazers can learn on-demand from their laptops, or from their phones with Trailhead GO.
The Trailhead Content team generates ideas, writes and edits content, develops hands-on challenges, and publishes and maintains Trailhead learning content every day. We believe that content on Trailhead should be accessible, educational, relevant, and enjoyable—and this is your chance to be part of it!
Role Description
As a Trailhead Editor, you help produce trusted content that’s approachable, high-quality, and empowering for our learners. You review and shape Trailhead badge content while working with writers and stakeholders across the company. You ensure Trailhead content adheres to our guidelines, aligns with our brand voice and tone, and is accurate and understandable. You also serve as the project manger for each Trailhead badge you work on, lead writers through the process from start to finish, maintain and update published content, and ensure badge records are up to date in our release app. And you’re able to work on content that varies in role, level, and product, working with writers from 30+ teams throughout the company.
This is a deadline-driven role for someone with editorial experience and familiarity with Salesforce who is exceptionally detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about helping people learn.

Responsibilities
Use your editorial skills and your knowledge of Salesforce to shape content.
Work with writers on the structure, voice and tone, style, and clarity of their content.
Develop and nurture writer-editor relationships built on trust, and effectively share clear, direct feedback with the goal of creating the best possible content.
Develop a learner’s mindset in order to create content that’s accessible, aspirational, educational, and relevant.
Manage content development through rounds of edits, revisions, and testing from the initial outline to the finished product.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, diplomacy, leadership, and judgment.
Work with and build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders from all levels and lines of the business.
Be accountable to ensure deadlines are met.
Minimum Requirements
Accomplished and skilled editor / writer of technical content
Minimum 5 years professional editing or writing experience
Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment on a fast-paced team
Ability to balance high standards for quality with the need to get to market
Preferred Experience
Experience with education technology
Experience with developer or technical content
Experience with instructional design or curriculum development
Knowledge of Salesforce and Trailhead
