What You'll Do

As a Yardi Systems Support Specialist I , you'll be the go-to for 1st level Yardi - providing support, troubleshooting, and guidance to ensure our teams can use the platform effectively and efficiently.

You'll :

• Respond to support tickets and assist users with Yardi system questions and corrections
• Identify issues related to user training, processes, or configuration needs
• Help set up new users, permissions, and vendors in the Yardi system
• Monitor and resolve Yardi system performance issues
• Support multiple system integrations and vendor interfaces
• Recommend training opportunities to enhance user knowledge
• Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve user experience
