Responsibilities and Duties
Provide comprehensive urgent care services to patients of all agesIndependently manage urgent care cases, including orthopedic procedures (splinting) and wound carePerform suturing, incision and drainage, X-rays, EKGs, drawing blood, IV placement, and injectionsDeliver pediatric and adult care as neededMaintain accurate documentation using Epic EMRTravel between assigned sites within a 30-mile radius as requiredAdditional Information
Active Pennsylvania state license requiredMinimum 2 years of urgent care experience or 1 year of emergency medicine experienceBoard certification requiredACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications requiredDEA and CSR licenses requiredMust be comfortable working independently without supervisionNPDB self-query (no more than 30 days old) must be submitted with applicationBackground check and drug screen completed within the last 12 months required upon offerBenefits
