Construction Project Manager (Weymouth)

A Commercial General Contractor on the South Shore is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple commercial projects from precon through closeout. This firm specializes in ground-up builds, tenant improvements, and occupied renovations across retail, restaurant, corporate, and commercial sectors.

What Youll Do

• Manage all phases of construction : precon, execution, and closeout
• Review plans, lead preconstruction meetings, build schedules, and coordinate logistics
• Oversee subcontractors, project teams, quality, safety, and daily site performance
• Maintain client communication and represent the project from start to finish
• Handle budgets, cost control, forecasting, billing, and change management
• Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and documentation in Procore
