Realize your true potential at Tektronix – join us in revolutionizing a better tomorrow.As the Quality Engineer, come and be r esponsible for implementation, execution and maintenance of ISO 17025 based quality management system for the WW customer service organization. Responsibilities :

• Review, audit, and assess calibration and test processes, and quality management systems.
• Plan and conduct internal and external audits and manage audit corrective actions.
• Administer quality tools and processes, including document control, management review, customer complaints, QMS training, and vendor evaluation.
• Provide advice on quality issues to multiple laboratories.
• Perform engineering and statistical analyses of calibration data.
• Coordinate with internal and external departments, including equipment manufacturers and accrediting bodies.
• Travel domestically and internationally (25% of the time). Qualifications :
• 2 years of Quality and / or Metrology experience.
• Extensive knowledge of ISO / IEC 17025, ISO 9001, and ANSI / NCSL Z540.1 / Z540.3.
• Experience with calibration and test methods, and laboratory operations.
• Proficiency in problem-solving methods (PSP, 5-Why, 8-D) and internal auditing (ASQ CQA preferred).
• Practical experience in evaluating measurement uncertainty.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or five years of experience in metrology.
