The Senior Director of Quantitative Survey is responsible for leading a global team that produces custom quantitative survey solutions across all client industries and locations.
Oversee the Design and Execution of Quantitative Surveys
- Develop and implement quantitative survey strategies and oversee the design and execution of quantitative surveys
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to integrate survey into business strategies and client solutions
- Identify and prioritize research objectives, target populations, and sampling methodologies
- Determine the appropriate survey design and data collection methods for each project
- Manage the development and implementation of survey questionnaires and protocols
- Develop and maintain survey databases and software
- Monitor and manage survey timelines and budgets
- Address any issues that arise during the survey process
- Ensure that data quality standards are met at all times
Manage a Team of Quantitative Surveyors

Meet with prospective clients, prepare proposals, and establish budgets and schedulesMaintain close liaison with clients to resolve all project questions, such as, but not limited to, technical requirements, completion requirements and billing inquiriesProactively engage with clients and vendors to identify opportunities for survey growth and client retentionWork closely with sales and marketing teams to promote survey solutions and identify upsell opportunities within existing client relationshipsWhat You Have
8+ years of relevant experience in a leadership role within market research or a related fieldStrong understanding of various research methodologies and their application in business strategyExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExceptional leadership and team management abilitiesEffective communication and presentation skillsAdvanced degree in market research, business, or a related field is preferredWhat We Have
The annual base salary range for this position is $180,000 - $210,000. Base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
