• Work 3x12 hour night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM
• Holiday coverage required as needed
• 4-5 weekend shifts required in a 4-week period as needed
• No on-call requirements
• Patient ratios of 1 : 3 to 1 : 4 based on acuity
• Float within scope to meet facility needs
• 1 year of experience required
• PCU / Stepdown experience required
• South Carolina or Multi-State / Compact RN License required
• Required certifications : AHA BLS, ACLS, NIH
• Dress code : Solid royal blue or white top with royal blue bottoms
• EPIC charting system
• Work with neuroscience patients on the PCU unit
• Skills include blood product administration, central line care, cardiac drip management, dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks (guaranteed hours policy)
• Block schedule accommodations require manager approval
