Responsibilities :
- Serve as a Divisional Business Partner, collaborating with divisional leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to inform financial decision-making analysis, while also creating materials to align executive and divisional leadership in achieving operating performance objectives.
- Contribute to the strategic goals of the Accounting team by supporting the development and completion of initiatives aimed at achieving year-end objectives.
- Conduct scenario-based financial analyses to assess the potential outcomes of various decision alternatives.
- Prepare materials to provide management with insights on the potential impacts of decisions, along with recommended actions and strategic options.
- Assist in identifying and quantifying risks and opportunities to enhance financial decision-making.
- Develop content for senior-level presentations, ensuring clear communication of key financial information.
- Proactively identify issues within the business and provide root cause analysis to address problems that are not immediately apparent.
- Collaborate with teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities in operations and processes.
- Support financial and functional reporting teams in translating business needs into actionable insights for departmental functions

Education & Experience Requirements :
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent from four (4) year college or technical school; or six (6) years of related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Strong Financial analysis and modeling skills are required.Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Proficient understanding of Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and knowledge of application capabilities, including tools for analyzing large data sets.Ability to meet deadlines with exceptional attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.Experience of analysis of accounting data is required.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work on confidential matters is required.Strong Financial analysis and modeling skills is required.recblid jgpnofim6gbjrpk3t8ntapvgqdb3mk
