Location : 1240 American Beauty Dr, SLC | Schedule : Monday - Friday 7 : 30 am to 4 : 00 pm (on-site) | Type : Full-Time | FLSA : Non-Exempt

Do you love helping people reach their full potential? Are you the kind of person who can spot a barrier and find a way through it, or around it, with a smile and a game plan? If so, you might be the Case Manager we're looking for!

What You'll Do

• Meet one-on-one with clients to create personalized game plans
• Connect people to community resources like job training, ESL classes, childcare, and more
• Follow up to make sure referrals were effective and timely
• Keep accurate case notes (we use an electronic system)
• Collaborate with incredible community partners
• Represent UCA in the community, like the pro you are
• Keep growing through trainings, meetings, and professional development

What You'll Need to Succeed

Travel & Flexibility

This position may require travel between UCA facilities using a personal or agency vehicle, and a valid driver's license must be maintained throughout employment.
