Lead Building Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a self-sufficient and experienced maintenance professional to oversee the upkeep of 10 residential living facilities that support children and adults with disabilities. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in an independent work environment and takes pride in resolving maintenance issues efficiently and respectfully within a care-focused setting. The position is based in the Fargo-Moorhead Area and offers a MondayFriday schedule with no weekends or on-call duties.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $55000.00 / yr.
Health & Dental Insurance : 100% employer-paid for single coverage.

Paid Time Off (PTO) : Bi-weekly accrual based on employment status. PTO can be used in partial-day increments. Community Living staff receive a higher accrual rate.
