House Manager – Behavioral Health Urgent Care

• Salary Range : $35.00 - $42.00 per hour, based on relevant years of experience
• Location : Fort Collins, Colorado at our Longview campus
• Status : Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Hours : Wednesday to Saturday 2 : 00PM – 12 : 30AM

Employees working at locations operating 24 / 7 earn a differential.   Shift differentials are also available for evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Role Overview :

Responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the 24 / 7 Behavioral Health Urgent Care at the Acute Care facility while on shift. This includes overseeing client movement within the walk-in clinic to ensure comprehensive assessments, appropriate crisis care, and efficient admissions, discharges, or transfers to other levels of care. Works closely with other House Managers and facility leadership to optimize bed utilization and coordinate admissions and discharges across all levels of care.
