The opportunity

Within EY-Parthenons Strategy and Execution sub service line our Software Strategy Group provides top-tier investment and acquisition guidance strategy and transaction advisory for the software sector. Every year we help hundreds of software companies and investors make crucial business decisions. On every engagement you will work alongside our team of former CTOs and CEOs with deep software expertise to learn from the best.

Your key responsibilities

As an Experienced Associate with EY-Parthenons Strategy and Execution Software Strategy Group you will engage in conversations with private equity investors and tech leaders conduct thorough market and competitive research using diverse sources assess company strengths to advise on growth and technology strategies and clearly present your conclusions to both the team and clients.
