Job description

We are seeking an experienced Obstetrician / Gynecologist for a locum tenens assignment in Tennessee. This opportunity begins on Dec 22, 2025, and spans 286 days, featuring 24-hour call coverage with 25 shifts per month. Candidates must be comfortable with cases and procedures and hold current board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care
  • Manage inpatient and emergency call responsibilities
  • Respond to obstetric and gynecologic emergencies as needed
  • Perform procedures and deliveries within the scope of OB / GYN
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes

  • Active Tennessee medical license required
  • Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
  • Must be comfortable with all relevant cases and procedures
