We are seeking an experienced and dynamic VP of Media to lead and align our sales and marketing efforts for our Media business vertical. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, promoting positive customer experience, and ensuring Baron Weather’s continued success as an industry leader.

Role Overview

As the VP of Media, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive media revenue strategy, overseeing all media sales activity, and fostering collaboration across the organization. You will identify and embrace opportunities to scale revenue streams across an increasingly diverse media ecosystem, build strategic partnerships, maintain and enhance broadcast group relationships, and enhance customer engagement. You must be able to easily adapt from focusing on strategic actions to being hands on during each day.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Strategy Development

• Develop and implement a revenue growth strategy for Baron’s Media business vertical.
• Identify emerging market trends, new product opportunities, and innovative business models to drive growth in domestic and international markets.
• Collaborate with the management team to align revenue goals with the company’s long‑term vision.
