Responsibilities

Client Interaction : Develop strong relationships with new clients, providing personalized service and insightful advice on their insurance needs.

Sales Promotion : Proactively prospect for and promote various insurance products offered by the agency, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to meet client needs.

Problem-Solving : Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism, providing timely and effective solutions.

Market Knowledge : Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to effectively position our offerings.

Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure agency goals and client satisfaction are met.

Requirements

Licensing : Ability to get a Property / Casualty and Life / Health Insurance Producer Licenses is required within 60 days of hire.

Communication Skills : Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are essential.

Customer Service : Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experience.

Adaptability : Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote setting, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.

Team Player : Strong collaboration skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members.

Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
