Schedule : Full-Time | Night Shift Available

Position Summary

We’re seeking a certified Histotechnician or Histotechnologist to join a high-performing clinical pathology lab in Charleston. This role is responsible for preparing tissue specimens for microscopic examination and supporting diagnostic workflows with precision and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform tissue processing, embedding, microtomy, and routine / special staining (H&E, IHC, etc.)
• Prepare and label slides for pathologist review
• Operate and maintain lab equipment including microtomes, cryostats, processors, and stainers
• Ensure specimen integrity and accurate documentation throughout the workflow
• Follow established protocols for quality control and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with lab staff to maintain a safe, efficient, and productive work environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $105000.00 / yr.
